Mile Rock Capital is a value-oriented real estate investment firm focused on special situations and non-traditional assets. Since inception, we have acquired 36 assets totaling over $1.4 billion in value with a diverse group of investors including institutions, endowments, family offices and high net worth individuals.

We seek to invest in well-located real estate assets with disproportionate margins of safety relative to their underlying risk. We attempt to identify structural, operational or duration issues that lead to investment complexities and mispricings.

We invest in all real estate product types and across the entire capital structure depending on where the risk-adjusted returns are most compelling. We do not target a predetermined investment return and prefer to hold and add value over the long term unless there are market or property specific considerations that favor an earlier disposition.

Our primary geographic target markets include Northern & Southern California, Seattle, Portland, Denver and Salt Lake City.
